We are currently seeking a Junior-Level Customer Service/Support Technician to join an energetic staff and enjoy an integral role in maintaining the excellence of our product and reputation. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Provide clients Level I support on our products
Work directly with clients to coordinate implementations and installations of our products
Passion for customer service and helping others
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service/technical support experience
Experience with current Windows Operating Systems
Must be very detail oriented
High school level math proficiency desired
Ability to quickly learn our products
Ability to exercise good judgment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, network connectivity, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and with coworkers
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiarity with relational databases (MS Access, SQL) – a plus
Degree from a known, accredited University – a plus
A+ certification or equivalent skills – a plus
