PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT
The Barcus Company, Inc., a local property management firm has an immediate opening for a part-time 25 hour/week OFFICE ASSISTANT for their HUD affordable housing apartment complex located in Central Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities include: resident relations and services, greeting guests, telephone and in person communications and inquiries, written communications, record keeping and reporting, filing, computer use, rent receipt intake, work order intake, taking complaints, rental application intake, operating office equipment, and a variety of general office duties as requested by the Manager
Applicants must be able to work independently, have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of 2 years of office experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Experience with OneSite software is preferred, but not required.
We offer a wage rate of $10.00 – 12.00/hr based upon experience and knowledge, annual bonus, PTO, and a 401k with company match, no weekends, and a great work environment. For consideration, please e-mail your resume and wage history/expectation.
