The Marketing Manager leads and participates in all marketing and sales support activities for superGraphics in the United States and Canada. Areas of responsibility include: marketing strategy, brand management, market research, online marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, direct mail and e-mail promotions, tradeshows, collateral development, support of sales team, CRM, sales training and management of marketing and sales vendors. Create and lead actions directly tied to growing and supporting the business.

Develop and execute promotional activities including, but not limited to print, online, email and direct mail.
Monitor and analyze marketing activities including advertising, direct marketing, promotions, media/public relations and personal selling. Report results to executive management quarterly or as requested.
Oversee the superGraphics website for content, SEO and functionality
Engage superGraphics in online marketing as appropriate, AdWords, banner ads, listings, etc.
Manage superGraphics social media efforts and educate staff on appropriate use
Oversee corporate blogs to ensure regular, consistent, quality content
Ensure CRM use and structure supports marketing efforts
Integrate marketing campaigns with the CRM for automation and tracking

Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies to cost effectively accomplish the established goals and objectives.
Establish the GM Nameplate brand and effectively promote a unified corporate image and value proposition through all sales and marketing materials.
Identify and research target market segments for current capabilities/products and new capabilities/products to increase sales.
Establish and maintain a consistent corporate brand across all product lines, promotional activities, communications materials and industry events.
Manage production of all internal and external customer communications (e.g., vendor surveys, company newsletter, sales presentation and training materials, company literature).
Work alongside product line managers to develop marketing programs to support product line growth and goals.

Management

Establish and foster relationships with business partners whose services are contracted to accomplish marketing activities (i.e., designers, printers, photographers, website production artists, trade show managers).
Gather and analyze competitive marketing intelligence. Report findings and make recommendations based on intelligence gathered.
Engage in work/management practices to foster and maintain customer oriented and effective team atmosphere.
Lead and communicate corporate vision and mission within the marketing team.

Sales Support

Participate in the development and support of sales strategies and business plans with sales management to track, analyze and grow business
Manage all sales trainings and meetings including webcasts, new rep training, annual sales meetings, webinars, product line meetings, etc.
Manage the sales lead process and ensure best practices are followed. Evaluate leads, forward to the appropriate sales representative, update records in the CRM, and follow up regarding status.
Coordinate and participate in annual review process
Act as primary resource to sales rep and sales management by pulling and creating a variety of reports.

Additional job responsibilities

Oversee the execution of marketing projects by other staff including but not limited to: tradeshows, market research, customer survey, collateral development (SuperSample, Spectrum newsletter, blog content, etc.), distribution of sales support material, etc.

Required education and/or experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales force dynamics in a business-to-business services industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Adobe Suite and basic design familiarity preferred.
